How it works, including the parts usually left out

The whole mechanism: what is tracked, what is not, what counts as a sale, and when the money arrives.

The link and the code

When you join you receive one referral code and a link for each product with that code in it. The code is yours, it is never reassigned to anyone else, and it works across the whole ecosystem.

Share the link wherever you are allowed to post it. Do not rewrite it: the code has to reach the page for the visit to count. If you add your own campaign parameters, leave the referral parameter intact and everything still works.

What counts as a sale

Commission is calculated on payments actually collected and settled — money that has reached us and is no longer reversible. Not on list prices, and not on orders placed but never paid.

Where an order mixes items that qualify with items that do not, commission is calculated only on the part that qualifies. If a payment is later refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed as a separate negative entry rather than a silent correction, so your statement always adds up.

How a customer becomes yours

Following your link stores a cookie in that browser carrying your code. If a purchase happens within 90 days, it is attributed to you. Nothing is required from the customer: no code to type, no mention of your name at checkout.

The first code wins. If someone arrives through your link and later through another partner’s, the customer stays attributed to you.

What the tracking cannot do

Attribution rests on a cookie that lives in one browser, on one device. That has consequences, and we would rather set them out than let you find them yourself:

A longer window fixes none of this. The window decides how long the cookie counts; it cannot recover a purchase made where the cookie never was. Some sales you genuinely generated will not be attributed, and afterwards neither side can identify them. Every cookie-based program has this problem. Not every program says so.

How long the commission lasts

For as long as the customer keeps paying. Every renewal produces a new commission, at the rate of the product the payment relates to.

If we change a rate we tell you at least 60 days in advance, and commissions already earned keep the rate they were earned at. A change never applies backwards.

From earning to being paid

Commissions accrue as payments settle. At the end of each month we check your balance: at €100.00 or more we issue a pro forma invoice and pay by bank transfer. Below it, the balance carries over to the following month.

Amounts are gross. Tax obligations are yours, the company invoices without VAT from Albania, and any charge applied by your receiving bank is yours as well.

If you close your account the threshold no longer applies: whatever you have earned is paid at the first billing run, whatever the amount.

What you see in your dashboard

Link opens, trials, active customers, what you have earned and what is still to be paid. All of it aggregated, updated as events arrive.

You never see who your customers are — no names, no email addresses, not even an internal identifier. That is a decision rather than a technical limit: the customer contracts with the product, not with you, and nothing in that relationship would lead them to expect their account to be named to a third party because of the link they arrived through.
