Eurhosting Partner Program — Partner Agreement
Version 1.0 — in force from 29 August 2026
This Agreement is made between:
Eurhosting SHPK, Sallmone, Shijak, Durrës, Albania, NIPT M52305043P ("Eurhosting", "we", "us"); and
the individual or company who accepts this Agreement when registering for the Eurhosting Partner Program ("the Partner", "you").
By accepting this Agreement you agree to be bound by it. We record the version you accepted, the language you read it in, the exact date and time, and a cryptographic fingerprint of the text itself, so that either party can establish later what was agreed.
1. Definitions
- Program — the Eurhosting Partner Program, operated by Eurhosting at the address above.
- Product — any service in the Eurhosting ecosystem that takes part in the Program. The list of Products, and the commission rate of each, is published on the rates page (clause 5.4).
- Referral Code — the personal code assigned to you when you join.
- Referral Link — a link to a Product that carries your Referral Code.
- Customer — a person or company that buys a Product and is attributed to you under clause 6.
- Qualifying Payment — a payment for a Product that has been received and settled: money that has actually reached us and is no longer subject to reversal by the payment provider.
- Accrual — the moment a commission is calculated on a Qualifying Payment and recorded in your account.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Program is a multi-product affiliate program. You promote the Products using your Referral Link, and you earn a commission on payments made by the Customers attributed to you.
Taking part in the Program does not make you an employee, agent, representative, joint venturer, or franchisee of Eurhosting. You are an independent party. You may not enter into any obligation on our behalf, and you may not present yourself as authorised to do so.
Participation is free. There is no fee to join and no minimum performance requirement.
3. Your Referral Code
You receive one Referral Code, and it is valid across every Product in the Program. You do not need a separate code, account, or registration for each Product.
The Referral Code is personal to you. You may not sell it, lend it, share it for use by another person, or operate more than one Partner account without our written agreement.
A Referral Code is never reassigned. If your participation ends, your code is retired and will not be given to anyone else.
4. What we provide
We provide the Referral Code, the Referral Links, and a dashboard showing the figures described in clause 12. We record attributed Customers, calculate commissions, and pay them under clause 7.
We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion, or earnings, and nothing in the Program should be read as a forecast of income.
5. Commissions
5.1 Commission is calculated as a percentage of each Qualifying Payment.
5.2 The percentage applies to the amount actually received and settled, net of taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and any discount granted to the Customer. It is not calculated on list prices. Where an order contains items that are excluded from the Program, commission is calculated only on the part that qualifies.
5.3 Commission is recurring. For as long as an attributed Customer keeps paying for a Product, each Qualifying Payment produces a commission — not only the first one.
5.4 Each Product has its own percentage, and the percentage applied is that of the Product the payment relates to. The current percentages are published at
https://partners.eurhosting.net/rates/
That page forms an integral part of this Agreement. Clause 11 governs how those percentages may change.
5.5 If a payment is later reversed, refunded, or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed. A reversal is recorded as a separate negative entry; it never rewrites the original one.
6. Attribution, and its limits
6.1 When someone follows your Referral Link, a cookie carrying your Referral Code is stored in that browser. If that person buys a Product within 90 days, the sale is attributed to you.
6.2 The first code wins. If a visitor arrives through your link and later through another Partner's link, the Customer stays attributed to the Partner whose link came first.
6.3 The following is a real limitation of the technology, and you accept it explicitly. Attribution depends on a cookie that lives in one browser on one device. It follows that:
- a person who opens your link on a phone and buys later on a laptop **is not attributed to you**;
- a person who opens your link in one browser and buys in another **is not attributed to you**;
- a person who clears their cookies, or uses private browsing, or whose browser blocks the cookie, is not attributed to you;
- a person who buys more than 90 days after following your link **is not attributed to you**.
6.4 No extension of the 90-day window changes any of this. The window governs *how long* the cookie counts; it cannot recover a purchase made where the cookie never was. Some sales you genuinely generated will therefore not be attributed to you, and neither party can identify them after the fact. This is a known and accepted characteristic of the Program, not a defect, and not a ground for claim or adjustment.
6.5 The figure shown as reflink opens counts page opens carrying your Referral Code, not people: repeated opens by the same person all count. It is an indication of traffic, never a promise of attribution or of earnings.
7. Threshold, invoicing and payment
7.1 Commissions accrue in your account as they are earned.
7.2 At the end of each calendar month we check your balance. If it is at least EUR 100, we issue a proforma invoice and pay it. If it is below that threshold, the balance stays in your account and is carried to the following month.
7.3 Amounts are gross. All tax obligations arising from your commissions are yours, including income tax, social contributions, and any registration duty in your country of residence or establishment. We neither withhold nor pay any tax on your behalf, and we do not advise you on your position.
7.4 Eurhosting SHPK is established in Albania and invoices without VAT. If you are established in a country where receiving these amounts requires you to account for tax yourself, doing so is your responsibility.
7.5 Payment is made by bank transfer to the details you provide. Any charge applied by the receiving bank, and any currency conversion applied by it, is borne by you. We pay the amount stated on the proforma; what your bank does with it afterwards is between you and your bank.
7.6 Keeping your payment details correct and current is your responsibility. We are not liable for a payment sent to details you gave us.
8. Duration, withdrawal and suspension
8.1 This Agreement is for an indefinite term.
8.2 Either party may withdraw at any time, without cause and without penalty, by written notice — an email is sufficient.
8.3 If you close your Partner account, the EUR 100 threshold no longer applies to you. Whatever you have accrued is paid out at the first available billing run, whatever the amount.
8.4 We may suspend your participation with immediate effect if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached clause 10, or that attribution has been obtained by fraud. Suspension stops future accruals from the moment it takes effect. It does not affect commissions already accrued, which are governed by clause 9.
8.5 Where the suspected breach can be corrected, we will tell you what it is and give you a reasonable opportunity to respond before the suspension becomes a termination.
9. Commissions already accrued
Commissions already accrued are owed to you in every case in which your participation ends — your withdrawal, our withdrawal, suspension or termination for breach of clause 10 included. They are paid under clause 8.3.
The only amounts that are not owed are those attributable to payments that have been reversed, refunded, or charged back (clause 5.5), and those attributable to transactions you generated by fraud.
10. What you may not do
You may not:
10.1 Send spam. No unsolicited email, no unsolicited messaging, no posting of your Referral Link where posting it breaks the rules of the place you post it in.
10.2 Bid on our brands. No paid advertising on the Eurhosting name, on the name of any Product, or on any misspelling or close variant of either, on any advertising platform. No domain name that reproduces or imitates those names.
10.3 Make commercial promises we have not authorised. No discounts, guarantees, service levels, prices, refund terms, or features that we do not publish ourselves. If it is not on our own pages, do not promise it.
10.4 Self-refer at scale. Using your own link for your own genuine purchase is not a breach; systematically creating accounts, or arranging for others to create them, in order to generate commission is.
10.5 Present yourself as Eurhosting, or as speaking on our behalf (clause 2).
11. Changes to the percentages
We may change the commission percentage of a Product. We will give you at least 60 days' notice by email before a change takes effect, and the rates page will show the new percentage from the date it applies.
Commissions already accrued are never recalculated. Each accrual keeps the percentage in force at the moment it was recorded, whatever happens to the rate afterwards. A change applies only to payments settled on or after its effective date.
If a change does not suit you, you may withdraw under clause 8.
12. Data
You receive aggregate figures only: reflink opens, number of trials, number of active customers, and amounts. You never receive, and cannot obtain through the Program, the identity of any Customer — no name, no email address, no account identifier, not even in pseudonymous form.
Because you never receive personal data belonging to Customers, you are not a data processor in respect of them, and no data processing agreement is required between us for that purpose.
We process your own data — the data you give us at registration, plus what we need in order to pay you — as the controller of it, for the purpose of operating the Program and meeting our accounting and tax obligations.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. The courts of Durrës have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
14. General
14.1 Notices. Notices under this Agreement are given by email, to the address registered on your Partner account and to the address published by us for this purpose. Keeping your address current is your responsibility.
14.2 Language. This Agreement is made in English. Any translation provided for convenience does not alter the English text, which prevails.
14.3 Changes to this Agreement. We may issue a new version of this Agreement. We will give you at least 60 days' notice by email before it takes effect. You may withdraw under clause 8 before that date; if you continue to take part in the Program after it, the new version governs the relationship from that date. Commissions already accrued remain governed by the version in force when they accrued, on the same principle as clause 11.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in force, and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to its intended effect.
14.5 Entire agreement. This Agreement, together with the rates page referred to in clause 5.4, is the entire agreement between us regarding the Program, and replaces any earlier understanding about it.
14.6 Assignment. You may not assign this Agreement without our written consent. We may assign it to a company that takes over the operation of the Program, on notice to you.
